ERROR and will not upload to Arduino UNO

Hello All,
Here is the ERROR I have been receiving for a few days. Also, XOD will not upload to the Arduino and I am unable to choose a type of processor. Nothing on the Deploy choice works,

When I enter “Upload” nothing happens at all.
I have re-loaded XOD IDE several times, ( After removing the entire program ) and re-installed several versions of the IDE without any change. I have re-booted Windows 10 several times and even ran the Dell system check without any failures in my system, that it can find.The Arduino IDE works fine.

Does anyone have an idea of what I can do now? Any help would be great.
