Cloud Simulation Error

Still same error here also…

I went from 11 compilations to 117 when I logged in. A little better, but still pretty restrictive.

Does anyone still have accounts unreplenished? The process which is responsible for recurring quota refill has entered some kind of dead-lock state unnoticeably but now looks operating.

I’m still getting the “Network error: can not compile in the cloud. Check your internet connection” error when I try to run a simulation…Thanks

Still the same error. XOD shows that I have Compilations: 1001, is this what you mean?

I still show only 117 compilations after login

My compilation allowance is shown as 100, however error persists.

Looks like Let’s Encrypt Cert problem (Let’s Encrypt’s root certificate has expired, and it might break your devices – TechCrunch). We’re looking forward to possible solutions…

Our dev has updated the cert chain. Now, the “Network error: can not compile in the cloud” error should go away on all machines. Please, try.

It’s working for me on macOS 11.6!

Many thanks!

Success!

Thanks…now I’m back to learning.

I’m sad…I only get 11 compilations logged out & 117 when logged in :frowning:

Not urgent since I’m not working in XOD right now, but could be a symptom of something that might affect multiple users…

Thanks so much! It’s working again.

Working great, thanks!!
