'xodc unpack' drops one level in output path

In v0.25.2,

xodc unpack /home/awgrover/xod/Adafruit_NeoPixel.xodball /tmp/xodball/Adafruit_NeoPixel

Unpacks to the directory: /tmp/xodball, dropping the last element of the path.

That’s definitely a bug, however, in v0.26.0 we plan to roll out the brand new xodc which will be much more sane, intuitive, and stable. Please, hold on a bit.
