Does XOD allow to use BLE and arduino motor shield.
For use with UNO with BLE and motor sheilds. RFROBOT Romeo Mini.
All I want to do is have a single slider on Android for variable speed and two buttons (maybe 1 toggle button) for fwd and rev.

XOD does not support BLE yet, neither other communication channels. It’s a task for several next months.
The motors, yes, AFAIK Romeo is a traditional H-Bridge motor controller, so h-bridge-dc-motor should work fine.
