I would like to use the koadrobot/arduino/ticker(milli) — XOD library, but I cannot ‘add the library’. Please help by confirming if this library is still available.

I’ve just successfully installed the library, but haven’t tested it. N.B. the name of the library is koadrobot/arduino, not koadrobot/arduino/ticker(milli).
ticker(milli) is a node within the library.
