Help fix the XOD tutorial

Hello everyone!

I recently began to study XOD on my own from a textbook.

and began to find errors, at first I thought that I was doing something wrong, but then I saw obvious errors.

I’m from Russia and I don’t understand English, I use a translator so I’m sorry if something is wrong.

here the program uses a “button” and on the diagram a potentiometer and it is said that the connection diagram is as in the previous lesson. but this is not so.

I can draw a solid scheme, but I have not figured out how to replace it and make changes to the lesson.
