The MKR 1010 is a new board and XOD does not support it. However, for the next release (0.25.0) we are working on a system that will allow to easily add any boards (in theory) that can be installed for the native Arduino IDE via the Boards Manager dialog.

Arduino MKR WiFi 1010 is in the list with the release of XOD 0.25.0.
