Nextion HMI + Arduino = 4 second delay

I build a machine to be able to transfer material and stop when the correct weight is same as the one set on the HMI. Also some safety feature should stop the fan if you open the door ! BUT i have 4 second delay before the motor stop !!! I run this on a arduino NANO and also try on a esp32 same result !
What i can do !

The nextion HMI working great but every action take to much time.
I think is the code that was generated by XOD.
