Is there a multiplexer chip hardware? I need the 4051 & 4052. http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/cd4051b.pdf

XOD has no support for these chips out of the box. It’s a quite niche hardware (not so widespread as a button or LED), so I doubt they will appear in the standard library.
Nevertheless, it is possible to make a new library with nodes to interface the multiplexers. If you can program Arduino, you can make the nodes desired.
