Did you retry? It could be that there is an invalid archive to download, but it might just be that the file was corrupted during download.

i m retrying the operations more than 6 timed

If it says “downloading” each time, it is probably ignoring any copies already downloaded. It could be a problem with the source site having a corrupt file. There could also be the chance your system isn’t configured to extract the type of file that is being used (I think it is usually a .tar.z file).
