Error Installing Arduino dependencies…

I’m attempting to test my arduino Rich UNO R3 board but every time I try to install the missing arduino dependencies (Arduino AVR boards) I get this error message

reading other threads I’ve tried to fix the problem and have reinstalled XOD as well as deleting the contents of the folder shown below.

any suggestions or help greatly appreciated

Your computer is not allowing XOD to rename this folder. You can try renaming manually if the extracted archive wasn’t deleted after the install failed.

managed to get it to work by moving the xod folder from user -> desktop-> user (original position) .
this seemed to reset something and it worked the next time!
