is there a node for working with a load cell?

I’m new here, so someone with much more experience will probably chime in later.
You’ll need to know what your load cell is outputting to be usable. some load cells like the hx711 that you are referring to need an amplifier in order to get measurable data from it.
please look at the sparkfun product and build examples. As of mid year 2018 there was no direct node, so a previous poster was advised to make their own. I am unaware of any user made nodes at this time for the hx711 cell.
