Lcd chance text

Hello

I use a normal 16*2 lcd
I made a program witch displays
TEMP: and the measured temperature with the concat function.
When the measured temperature reaches a value
I want to change the text TEMP: in ALARM
The rest stays the same.
What is de best way to do.

Don’t know what thermometer you are using
