I have an aquarium, and so I would like a blue light and a white with sunrise and sunset effect, at exact times. Has anyone ever done anything for an aquarium or terrarium ? Or an example

If you want exact times, you will need an RTC (Real Time Clock) module. If you can put up with some drift and occasionally resetting it, you could use very long delays and basically use the something like the traffic light example. With the later option, you can assume it is sunset (or sunrise) when board is reset.
