Saving Data to a sd

I want to use a button to save instantaneous data to a sd. What would be the best way of doing this?

Also I want to save data from 7 different sources into separate lines. Should I add a each to a seperate Join and then add all 7 seven to one join and then to the line pin of the sd log?
