I have worked in the HVAC industry for the past 32 years, installing and servicing HVAC equipment. I understand electricity, using relays, controllers, capacitors, motors etc. I am not a code monkey so XOD was a God send for me. Of course there is still a learning curve.

I built a greenhouse 2 years ago and began growing hydroponic vegetables and have been blown away by the results, using the dutch bucket method. Last summer we had ten 3 gallon buckets filled with Haydite gravel NO DIRT with 4 green bean plants in each bucket, we were picking 3 pounds of beans every other day. Our beans squash, cucumbers and tomatoes combined where using about 25 gallons of solution everyday. So I wanted to make an automated nutrient solution mixing station. I have turned to XOD and Arduino to accomplish this task.

As part of the learning curve I would be grateful for help from others who are more savvy in this field of XOD expertise than I.
