Thanks for the report.  
Could you provide more information about this bug?

1. Open directory `C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\xod-client-electron\packages\arduino\hardware`.  
Is there `avr` directory?  
Is it empty? If not — what’s inside?  
_If it’s empty — you can try to delete this folder and try to upload again_

2. Is it your first attempt to upload something on the board using XOD IDE?  
If not, on which boards you have uploaded something earlier and on which board you’re trying to load now?
